Li Aihua,Deputy Director of Taipingxi Police Station,introduced that Han was administratively detained for 15 days and was executed on the evening of February 9th;His son was administratively detained for 5 days and will not be executed as he is under 18 years old.Considering that his wife Wang needs to take care of her son who is currently in junior high school,Han will be administratively detained for 10 days after his release.In addition,after the assessment of the injured person's injuries,if it is a minor or serious injury,it constitutes a criminal case and Han will be punished according to law.
Li Aihua said that the victims have been informed of the punishment of Han and others.Medical expense compensation is a civil liability.Due to the police investigation and evidence collection,the victim did not express a willingness to mediate,and currently can only file a lawsuit with the court for resolution.
